Chef Carbajal is an outstanding addition to our culinary team. He graduated from Lima, Peru Culinary School and has been an executive chef all over the world!
Beginning in Tokyo, Japan, then in Spain as an Executive Chef in Seville and Madrid. He next accepted the same position in Quito, Ecuador and then in Chicago, Illinois.
Now in Warsaw, Indiana, Chef Carbajal brings his unique world wide culinary experience to Redwood Firewood Grill.
